Southampton's progression as a club was on display as they fielded two sides again this week, despite a number of regular players being unavailable.
The Second Team were led by Chris Alston with Stuart Rose returning to action in the second row, Wyverns Chris Dodds and Ben Parkhouse pulling on the red and white in the backs and Hodds joining up with Aaron Owen in the centres.
Totts opened up an early 15-0 lead before Hodds pulled one back for Southampton. The visitors struck again just before the break for a 20-5 lead at half time.
Charles Wylde created Saints' next try, breaking the line and stepping the full back before offloading to Aaron Owen for the score. Chris Alston grabbed a third for Southampton but Totts' experience showed as they ran away with the game at the end to record a 15-42 victory.
Ian Mwau took the Man of the Match award for another display of powerful running.
