Southampton Ladies Rugby Team invite you along to a FREE and fun introduction to womens rugby!! ?

The session will be tailored along with the latest government and RFU guidance at the time.

Time: 11.30am
No special equipment needed, just sports clothes you dont mind getting a bit muddy!

Whats more, we will even throw in a free drink and nibbles (maybe even some rugby goodies) after! ?

If you cannot wait until May, new players (of any experience) are always welcome along to our regular training nights. With nearly a year off, everyone will be a bit rusty!!
Our training is set to re-start every Thursday (7-9pm) from April 1st.
