Southampton ladies are growing in numbers and we are in the process of developing our 2nds “Devils” team!

Come and join our ladies section and gain rugby experience and game time with our other developing players!

The ladies side have been developing since 2007 and are always looking for new players, regardless of experience, whether you've played before and want to get back in the game or are a complete novice who fancies trying something new!

Rugby is one of the fastest growing sports for women, it is an excellent team sport, great for fitness and there is a position for everyone, so come along and give it a try!

Under 18s are more than welcome to join us at training too. **subject to the RFU roadmap / current guidelines**

Southampton Ladies are a sociable team with regular nights out, so you will make a real group of friends too! We have fun on AND off the pitch!
