For information. All names listed are the current committee nominations for next season. However, the president, secretary, treasurer positions are honorary, which means these people do not need to be re-elected (no vote required) and are appointed by the committee, unless someone wants to stand against them. All other positions have to be re-elected (each individual voted back in), but if nobody decides to stand against the committee nomination this is just a formality.

It would be great to have a some new people to help on the committee and nominations for the open positions would be extremely welcome. Not to say people shouldn't stand for any of the other roles if they feel they would like to. Ideally, all committee members would attend the committee meetings. These are currently the second Monday of each month throughout the year, with a month or two off in the summer. All committee members are actively involved in running the club and making decisions, and all members have an equal vote. The fixtures secretary attends a county meeting prior to the start of the season to agree league fixtures, and also arranges friendly games. Membership secretary is responsible for signing up new members, checking all direct debit payments and chasing those not paying, making sure all players are registered and keeping contact details etc up-to-date. This is a particularly important role to fill for the club! Happy to discuss in more detail with anyone interested. Steve Dewey (Chairman)
• 2nd XV Captain – Mark Mauger
• Ladies Captain – Open
