With another successful ladies 7s now completed, the ladies are concentrating on preparing for next season and recuiting more new players into the side.

Training is every Thursday 7-9pm with guest coaches until head coach Stephen Judd returns in September.

Training is a mixture of fitness drills, technical drills and basic skills.
