The ladies have been enjoying the sunshine and 7s over the last few months, competing in both the Worthing and Bournemouth 7s, with some impressive game play, particularly from some new ladies who joined the team at the end of the season!

With their 7s tournament just around the corner, this summer is looking to help the ladies develop all their key skills before they begin the 2012/13 season with a positive outlook for the year ahead!
