Rugby is one of the fastest growing female sports in the UK and with the success of England's women's team and the men's, more and more novice players are taking up the wonderful sport.

In rugby there is a position for EVERYONE and it's great for fitness (with a spot of beer and jovailty on the side!).

Southampton ladies have been established since 2008 with new a variety of age and experience. We pride ourselves on being one of the friendliest teams in the South, so you are guaranteed to make some friends!

On THURSDAY 26th January (7-8.30pm) we are hosting a taster session for anyone who fancies trying their hand at this great sport or returning players wanting to get back into it.

No special equipment needed, just some clothes you don't mind getting muddy!

There will be free drinks in the clubhouse after to warm those cockles for any new ladies who have taken part.

So come on down and give it a try, we are sure you'll enjoy it!!
